Welcome to www.tradingindesign.com.au the Trading in Design website operated by Tymgreen Pty Ltd. Customers should note that while shopping online with Trading in Design they are subject to the below Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions exist without exception, and by placing an order customers recognise them as part of their agreement to use this website. We reserve the right to make adjustments to the Terms and Conditions without notice, and as such, ask that customers review them each time they use this website. All prices and transactions are in Australian Dollars and include GST.


When your order has been processed and payment received, your item will be dispatched as soon as we possibly can. This will normally be the same day if received before 1pm EST or the next day. You will receive your product within approximately 3 -7 working days after dispatch.

Using Express Post will make the delivery time quicker and you will be able to track your order.

For international orders please allow six weeks for your delivery.

Shipping Policy

We deliver throughout Australia by Standard Australia Post and Express Post. If you wish to track your order please select Express Post. If you are an international customer please email and we will provide postal rates

Charges are kept to a minimum and are calculated upon the size and weight of your purchase. These charges are calculated using standard Australia Post rates and are applied upon completion of your order. Rates will vary as applied by Australia Post and nominated freight companies.

Refunds/Return Policy

Trading In Design will gladly replace or refund any goods that are delivered to their destination in a faulty or damaged condition. To return damaged items please email sales@tradingindesign.com.au within 48 hours of product delivery. Include a description of the damage and a photograph.

If you are not happy with your choice please call or email Trading in Design within 14 days and we will happily exchange your purchase, provided it is returned in the same condition as your received it. You will need to cover the return postage and we will post of the replacement product free of charge.

If the return is as a result of an error from Trading in Design we will refund the delivery charge, otherwise the delivery fee is non-refundable.


We accept Visa and Mastercard via eWAY which is safe and secure.

If you wish to do business the old fashioned way call our friendly team on 02 64564001 and we will process your credit card over the phone.

We also accept bank cheques and direct deposit.

Trading in Design is bound by the Privacy Act 1988. Trading in Design takes customer privacy very seriously and takes all reasonable steps to operate openly, honestly and with upmost integrity.

You can view the site without providing personal information. To purchase products online you are required to submit your name, postal address, email address and on occasions your phone number.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. Your details will be shared with companies providing services on our behalf, including but not limited to handling customer support enquiries, processing transactions or deliveries. Those companies will only receive the personal information they need to deliver the service. Trading in Design undertake to ensure that these organisations are bound by confidentiality and privacy obligations in relation to the protection of your personal information.

Trading in Design reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time. Customers are required to regularly refer to our privacy policy when using our site.


Trading in Design has made all efforts to ensure the information on this website is true and accurate at the time of publishing. Trading in Design will not take any responsibility for any errors, omissions or changes to the information contained in this website.


Trading in Design is an environmentally aware company and recycles all paper, cardboard, foam and bubble wrap used in the protection and transport of product.
